MOCKIBLE SOFTWARE SERVICE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Mockible, a company with offices in Adelaide, Australia and Minneapolis, Minnesota, operating the website https://mockible.com (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and you, the user (“User”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your”). By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. Services

We provide access to a Photoshop plugin and a digital library of Photoshop mockups. Depending on your subscription level, you may download a certain number of clothing mockups each month.

2. Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription levels:

• Basic: $29 USD per month for up to 40 downloads
• Pro: $79 USD per month for up to 150 downloads
• Platinum: $159 USD per month for 500 downloads

We reserve the right to modify the terms, features, and pricing of these plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email.

3. Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. Payments are accepted via credit card through Stripe or PayPal. If payment fails, the subscription will be automatically cancelled after a period of attempts to charge again. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the new subscription will become active immediately, and you will need to cancel the old one manually.

4. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by logging into your account or by contacting us at support@mockible.com. No fees are associated with cancelling a subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please ensure your password is secure and notify us immediately if you believe your account security has been breached. You are also responsible for managing your subscription and knowing your billing dates.

6. Data Collection and Handling

We collect and use your data in accordance with our forthcoming Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely on our servers, with daily backups stored on Dropbox. We do not store credit card information. You may request your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

We retain the rights to our mockup files. However, you have the right to create and commercially use any designs you create with our mockups. Redistribution or resale of our files is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your access to our services if you violate these terms, including creating multiple accounts, circumventing the website to access more files than allowed, or hacking. Upon termination, your data will remain on our servers unless you request deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We offer no warranties for our services. We are not liable for any damages due to service interruptions, though we will strive to minimize these instances.

10. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, USA.
